After the success of last years trip, both Sugar Creative and our sister company, Marshmallow Entertainment will be once again travelling across the Atlantic to San Francisco to attend the GDC 2015 Conference.

The GDC attracts over 24,000 attendees, and is the primary forum where programmers, artists, producers, game designers, audio professionals, business decision-makers and others involved in the development of interactive games gather to exchange ideas and shape the future of the industry.

The conference also features the seventeenth annual Independent Games Festival, the longest-running and largest festival relating to independent games worldwide, where original games compete for the attention of the publishing community, and the fifteenth annual Game Developers Choice Awards, the premier accolades for peer-recognition in the digital games industry.

We are travelling there as part of a trade delegation from the Welsh Government to promote Welsh games developers on the global market.

Amongst other plans, we will also be returning to the home of the no.1 ranked technology podcast/videocast This Week In Tech, in Petaluma, California
