Background

Slate Legal is a start-up company with 17 years experience in providing specialist employment law and HR advice to businesses and individuals across Wales and England.  

Challenge

Slate Legal came to us to create a brand identity and website that they felt represented their values and professional approach. Although they are start-up company, Slate Legal have a wealth of experience and it was important to ensure their brand was portrayed as trustworthy.

Solution

Within the discovery phase we realised that the client was keen to have a representative of Welsh slate throughout the designs. We researched in to textures, colours and cuts of slate which lead us to come up with three different brand routes. The client chose a logo that symbolises layers of rock with an orange accent colour. 

We designed a website, complimentary stationery, social media graphics and brand guidelines based around the logo. It was important for the client to have a professional appearance across both printed and digital materials.
